In 2022, PSRD identified a critical need to establish an in-house training facility aimed at developing a skilled workforce to support our operations.
This initiative was driven by the lack of specialized training programs available in Pakistan, particularly in the fields of disability and aged care. As a result, we faced challenges in recruiting adequately trained professionals to meet our growing needs.
The training programs offered by PSRD are open to all individuals—whether they wish to join our team or pursue opportunities within or outside of Pakistan. The core objective of these courses is to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to effectively contribute to the disability and aged care sectors
