	PSRD Hospital is one of the largest orthopaedic hospital in Pakistan with a capcity of 150 beds. There are separate wards for male and female patients and for children. PSRD hospital is well known and patients from far flung areas come here for treatment. In the beginning the hospital was established to traet disabled patient with deformities but now it has developed into a complete orthopeadic hospital where all types of orthopeadic operations, such as total joint replacement, fracture, non union's, malunion and various types of congenital deformities are performed. Total Operations performed in 2004 are almost 6000.
